Vision Differently is an organizational training to reclaim the collective importance of dreams, imagination, and to develop the skills and confidence required to consistently emphasize non-material needs, dreams, and collective imagination within an organization.

Connect Differently is a training that resolves the conflict between staff who have taken Vision Differently and a board and volunteers who have not by creating a shared understanding of the organization’s work and way of being amongst all stakeholders.
