Culture Differently: Visionary Organizing within Groups and Organizations is a culturally transformative training experience that builds on Team Differently by supporting whole teams to develop a culture, systems, and practices that equally emphasize the organization’s material and non-material needs by getting deeply rooted in the practices, principles, and components of Visionary Organizing as they apply to organizations.Teams will be able to assume shared responsibility for the well-being of the organization and personal accountability for their role(s) within the team, while developing a deeper sense of the org’s purpose and the value of their work.
