Gender Differently: Gender, Sex Equity, and Visionary Organizing is a training that allows organizations to have generative experiences with gender difference because it empowers people to see how the history of individual choices connect to the structural reality of gender and sexual oppression. Organizations explore how modern gender roles emerged from a period of enormous transition and became a way to order and organize the world as well as how gender and gender roles have evolved and play a systemic role in the world. Organizations also learn practices to create a more inclusive and dignity affirming organization. Individual team members are empowered to identify past organizational patterns and make decisions that will create a more informed, inclusive, and dignity affirming work culture specifically relating to gender, sexuality, and equity.
