Visionary Organizing Lab is an educational laboratory designed to put the future in the hands of curious and open-minded people by helping to transform them into passionate and empathic community-builders.
At VOL, we set out to answer the question: “What would happen if personal and community transformation changed the course of history?”
LABS
Empathy and connection are central to everything we do at VOL. That’s why we’ve created two content labs to help us create compelling media that lets us share stories, foster mutual understanding, and forge connections to one another that will help us shape our futures together.
WORKSHOPS
Our workshops are designed to facilitate conversation around how to reimagine communities to be geared towards more inclusive economies, institutions, and cultural practices. We center our workshops around ongoing discussion and experience-sharing.
